Faith Church is a parish church in the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California. Our diocese covers most of Northern California (excluding San Francisco) and includes 70+ locations where God is worshipped in the Episcopal tradition. Please be sure to also visit the Web Page for our Diocese.

We were a mission church of the Diocese for the first 9 years of our existence, and we have now incorporated as a parish (Spring, 2001).

Faith Church first opened for public worship on Easter Sunday in 1992. Since that time we have grown slowly but steadily, and we now average a total Sunday attendance of over 300 people. Our members are primarily young families, although retirement-aged people and singles are well represented too. Children, from newborns to teens, are always visible in great numbers.

We strive to be friendly, relaxed, and open to newcomers. While we take our faith very seriously, we are much more casual about the mechanics of practicing that faith. Nobody gets too excited if the candles are not lit in the correct order, or if we have to stop and restart a song after the first line because we discover that we're in the wrong key.

For the first eleven years of our existence, we occupied rented space in a local business center. Now, we are very excited to make our home in our new all-purpose building, which we moved into on Februray 16, 2003. We now have a worship space that will accommodate over 500 people.
