Faith Church to Host Honduran Priest - Sunday, September 19, both services
On September 19, the Midence family (Francisco, Veronica and their 5-year-old daughter, Jasmin) will be with us for the Sunday services, at which Padre Francisco will celebrate the Eucharist in Spanish.

And We’re Off and Running
Youth Group is back in full swing with our kick-off party on September 12th…all 7th through 12th graders are invited…and bring a friend, too!...we’re planning another year filled with fellowship, food, small group times of Bible study, prayer and sharing, and worship time, too…we also have outreach and service projects planned to help us to show our love for our neighbor…don’t miss out!

Faith Church is always looking out for ways to involve our children and teens in the life of the church. We invite all interested young readers and a parent to participate in an orientation to liturgical reading to prepare them to read the lessons during our worship services.

Recommended reading for Colossians Sermon Series: Paul for Everyone, The Prison Letters, by N.T. Wright is a highly readable translation/commentary, which supplements the sermons in the next several weeks.  It is available from all the online booksellers for around $10, and also contains Ephesians, Philippians and Philemon.
